- Teach First is a two year management development course which takes outstanding graduates and transforms them into effective, inspirational teachers and leaders in all fields.
- Teach First is number 19 in the Times Top 100 Graduate employers and only recruits from the top 3% of graduates.
- I developed hands on leadership skills in a two year placement as an inspiring and motivating teacher in one of London's most challenging secondary schools.
- As acting head of department, I re launched RE as a relevant, useful and interesting subject through RE events, assemblies, trips and displays. I increased the uptake of GCSE RE by 30% and improved achievement in RE across the school.
